Every successful plan begins with setting goals. GetWellNetwork will meet with hospital leadership to understand your strategic goals. The Outcomes Achievement Plan (OAP) will outline those goals and the baseline performance for patient satisfaction, quality and compliance, and ROI/operational improvements. Once goals have been defined, the GetWellNetwork system will be configured to help address each outcome area. The Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard, accessed in the web-based Management Console, becomes the reporting tool for outcome improvements.
The Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard tracks the hospital’s strategic goals for performance improvement. Performance improvement is measured against baseline performance in the areas of patient satisfaction, quality and safety, and finance and operations. Tracking the hospital’s performance provides visibility to all levels of hospital staff. This visibility encourages staff to remain focused on the initiatives designated by the hospital as top priority. Additionally, hospital leaders can actively monitor progress enabling them to modify their strategies as needed.
