Engage Hospital Leadership

Leadership from executives to clinicians is crucial to the success of Interactive Patient Care in your hospital. GetWellNetwork will help you to engage hospital leadership that fosters rapid adoption of Interactive Patient Care initiatives and improved workflows. We will work with your executive sponsor, management and multidisciplinary teams/leaders to establish executive visibility and a unified vision throughout the organization. GetWellNetwork staff will meet with the executive team twice annually to review strategic planning and progress, and to address any outstanding challenges.

Implementation Life Cycle

A dedicated team of GetWellNetwork engineers, technicians, and project managers will partner with you to plan, procure, and install the network infrastructure. The implementation team will work with your hospital to design, configure and test all content necessary to deploy the GetWellNetwork system in your hospital.

Our best-practice based implementation life cycle has been refined and perfected from the experience of deploying our solution in 80+ client locations over the past 11 years. While the Implementation life cycle is a detailed and thorough plan, it can be summarized into six concurrent ventures.

  5. Enable sharing of data with HIS
  6. Conform to hospital infrastructure

The GetWellNetwork implementation team serves as your “one-stop shop,” coordinating all aspects of implementation from planning and procurement to execution and post implementation.

Post Implementation

GetWellNetwork provides a comprehensive training program with courses provided on site at client hospitals, at GetWellNetwork headquarters and online. Various online and on-site training courses focus on each of the many different needs of various end user groups (front line staff, system technicians, application owners, and implementation teams) to ensure best practice for implementation of the GetWellNetwork system and integration into the hospitals current workflow.
