Started by a patient, for patients

At 28, GetWellNetwork’s founder and CEO Michael O’Neil faced a major health crisis: He was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma while finishing his JD/MBA at Georgetown Law. After aggressive surgery and chemotherapy treatments, Michael eventually emerged healthy, humbled and inspired. He shelved his hard-earned law degree and set out to tackle an unaddressed problem in health care. Two decades later, Michael’s vision of transforming the patient experience–through Precision Engagement™–has become a core strategy for health care providers worldwide.
