Addressing vaccine hesitancy with GetWell Navigate
GetWell Navigate helped CommonSpirit Health facilitate outreach to patients in California’s Central Coast and the areas of Arkansas served by CommonSpirit Health in response to vaccine hesitancy and access challenges.
Through GetWell Navigate, people eligible for the vaccine received a text message providing information on how they can register. If there are issues with digital literacy or difficulties accessing a vaccination site, such as lack of transportation, they are connected to a digital care guide through GetWell Navigate to help.
