Recruiting Security Policy

Get Well strives to achieve a world class workforce by attracting talented and skilled people for career opportunities across the US. Our Company uses a variety of strategies to achieve this goal. This includes advertising jobs on our Company website and other job boards and  job search sites, as well as reaching out to candidates directly through Linkedin or other job board channels. Get Well occasionally engages the services of select search firms who may contact applicants on behalf of the Company. Please note that our Company never asks for personal information unrelated to the job application process, such as bank or credit card data and never requires employees to purchase work-related equipment.

As it is becoming increasingly more common for malicious actors to impersonate and imitate corporate recruitment processes, we want to share some general guidelines to help determine whether a Get Well job opportunity is legitimate:

  • All Get Well employees will have an email address with the domain: @getwellnetwork.com Unsolicited communications from an individual with a domain name inconsistent with the actual business are not legitimate.
  • Get Well will not request sensitive personal data or information at the application phase, such as your social security number, date of birth, bank account information, passport information or any number appearing on identity documents.
  • Get Well does not conduct interviews via text or chat. All interviews will be done through phone, video call, or in-person.
  • Get Well will never request applicants to purchase company equipment during the interview process.
  • Get Well will not request monetary payments at any point during the hiring process.
  • All of Get Well’s open roles are available to view on our Careers Page – any job posting that does not appear on this page is not a legitimate job opportunity from our Company.
