As Chief Growth Officer, Royce Brunson is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate Get Well’s growth as the global leader in patient navigation and experience. With a history of driving scalable and sustainable growth within digital healthcare organizations, Royce brings to the team deep relationships and a track record of success. At Get Well, Royce leads our highly cross-functional sales, marketing and sales operations teams who are focused on putting the best patient navigation and experience platform in the hands of every healthcare organization and their patients.
Prior to Get Well, Royce served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), the enterprise leader in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and was responsible for setting and executing all strategies related to sales, partnerships, client success, marketing, and revenue operations. Under Royce’s leadership, HRS saw more than 600 percent growth in top-line revenue and acquired a customer base of more than 350 clients while being awarded four Best in KLAS awards for Remote Patient Monitoring and becoming one of the foremost leaders in the Hospital at Home space.
Prior to joining the HRS team, Royce served as SVP of Growth for CipherHealth. Over his nearly seven-year tenure with the company, Royce was instrumental in designing the company’s go-to-market strategy and grew their customer base to nearly 300 hundred customers.
Beyond his work at Get Well, Royce spends time investing in and advising several digital health companies and enjoys spending time with his family. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in International Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, both from Bryant University.
