Peter Keating leads Get Well’s strategy to attract, develop, and motivate the industry’s most talented workforce. He oversees talent operations and human resources and plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a strong foundation for future growth and scalability across the company.
As Chief People Officer, Peter is charged with shaping the company’s dynamic culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience. Using a combination of business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a passion for people and career development, he ensures Get Well’s greatest asset — its employees — receive the support and resources necessary to bring their best to the important work they do.
Peter joined the company from The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare research and technology firm, where he spent the last 15 years leading global recruiting and the HR business partner organization. A Denison University graduate, he began his career with executive search firm Korn/Ferry International and research firm Gartner (formerly CEB).
