Chief Financial Officer Bill Chatterton is charged with leading Get Well’s continued business growth and financial operations performance. He oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, risk management and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution.
With over 20 years of experience in tech finance, Bill has a keen understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape and has led several technology companies through multiple growth cycles. His expertise is instrumental in continuing to scale Get Well’s portfolio to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the marketplace while maximizing resources and stakeholder value.
Prior to joining Get Well, Bill was chief financial officer at StarCompliance, where he led strategic finance and overall performance management for the company. He’s also held executive leadership roles at many other technology companies, including xG Health Solutions, HandySoft Global, Kastle Systems, MicroStrategy, and Quadramed.
Bill holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from American University, Kogod School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Elizabethtown College.
