  1. Privacy and Confidentiality: We ensure that no sensitive information, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI), is shared with external entities. All client data remains confidential and is processed within our secure Get Well 360 environment.
  2. Client-Specific Model Usage: Models trained on client data within the Get Well 360 platform are used exclusively for that client. We do not share these models across different clients without explicit permission, safeguarding their proprietary information.
  3. Secure Environment Compliance: All AI activities on the Get Well 360 platform are conducted within Get Well’s HITRUST certified environment. This includes leveraging services within our AWS deployment, ensuring compliance and security throughout our operations.
  4. No Use of Public AI Instances: We do not use public AI services for client data processing. Instead, the Get Well 360 platform relies on base models within our secure environment, further enhancing data privacy and security.
  5. De-Identified Data for Model Training: Any model training conducted by Get Well within the Get Well 360 platform is performed on de-identified data, ensuring that user privacy is maintained throughout the process.
  6. Active Monitoring and Guardrails: Responsible AI use involves rigorous monitoring and the establishment of guardrails. The Get Well 360 platform implements technical measures, such as auditing, logging, content moderation, and human oversight, to prevent inappropriate content and maintain process transparency.
