PALO ALTO, Calif., February 23, 2026 – GW RhythmX, the industry’s leading AI-native company revolutionizing care delivery, and patient engagement and improving financial performance for health organizations, today announced the successful renewal and expansion of its partnership with Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 08, further extending deployment of the Get Well Anywhere–Federal Platform across eight VA medical facilities in Florida with more than 2,600 beds total.
VISN 08 has partnered with Get Well and GW RhythmX since 2012, reflecting more than a decade of collaboration focused on improving patient experience across the continuum of care. The newly executed agreement includes both a multi-year renewal and a meaningful platform expansion over five years.
The expanded partnership underscores VISN 08’s continued confidence in Get Well Anywhere–Federal Platform, a FedRAMP-authorized platform designed to orchestrate digital experiences, streamline clinical workflows, and surface actionable insight across inpatient, emergency department, and transitional care settings.
As part of the expansion, VISN 08 will:
- Expand the use of Get Well Inpatient, delivering fully integrated smart room technology to engage patients at the point of care;
- Implement Get Well Loop for clinically-proven digital care plans that simplify discharge and navigate patients to in-network services;
- Implement Get Well Rounds+ at all 8 hospital facilities, digitizing rounding workflows and strengthening communication between care teams and patients;
- Deploy the Get Well ED Interactive Experience across seven emergency departments to improve patient communication in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
The renewal and expansion followed a competitive evaluation, with the Get Well Anywhere-Federal Platform selected based on key differentiators including FedRAMP authorization, enterprise-grade security, and its breadth across inpatient, rounding, discharge, and emergency department use cases.
“This expansion with VISN 08 reflects the strength of our long-standing partnership and the value that the VA continues to see in the Get Well Anywhere-Federal Platform,” said Dave Bennett, Senior Vice President, Federal Healthcare & Strategic Partnerships, GW RhythmX. “As VA facilities navigate increasing complexity, GW RhythmX enables care teams to deliver more connected, intelligent, and consistent patient experiences—at scale and with the security the federal environment demands.”
Today, GW RhythmX supports more than 60 VA hospital facilities nationwide, making the VA one of the company’s most established and strategically important markets. The VISN 08 expansion further reinforces GW RhythmX’s credibility as a trusted partner to the VA and highlights continued opportunity to scale the Get Well Anywhere-Federal Platform – combining patient engagement, unified data, and medical-grade AI on an enterprise precision care AI platform designed to turn intelligence into real-time action across federal healthcare systems.
