GetWellNetwork Appoints Tony Cook as Vice President of Marketing

GetWellNetwork Bolsters Executive Team to Communicate Patient-Centered Solutions as Key to Patient Outcome and Performance Improvements

BETHESDA, Md. – February 8, 2010 – GetWellNetwork, Inc., the leader in interactive patient care solutions, today announced that Tony Cook, a veteran high-tech marketing executive, has joined the company to lead marketing efforts that will help hospitals leverage GetWellNetwork’s solutions to achieve important health care priorities such as patient satisfaction and engagement.

Mr. Cook was most recently the vice president of Americas Marketing at Tandberg where he was responsible for driving brand awareness and demand for sales and channel partners.  He helped drive sales through innovative marketing programs resulting in 20% revenue growth for the Americas division during his tenure.  Mr. Cook also held executive marketing positions at Unisys Federal, Digital Paper, Metavante and Quadramed. While at Software AG he played a key role in the company’s IPO on the NYSE.

Mr. Cook holds a B.S. in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
