Great Plains Health chose to implement GetWell Rounds+ in all inpatient units. Particularly appealing was the tool’s ability to support unlimited use cases, users, reports, dashboards and alerts, facilitate direct patient feedback, and provide leadership with a fully customizable platform.
Of Nurses Use Regularly
Great Plains Health clinicians began rounding with the goal of collecting direct patient feedback at least once or twice during their stay to improve HCAHPS scores surrounding Provider Communication, Room Cleanliness, Quietness and Pain Management. Staff loaded iPads® with GetWell Rounds+ and stored them in a central location. Nurses and patient experience team members can also access the tool securely through any personal smartphone.
