Royal Tuthill
GM, Ambulatory and Population Health
Royal Tuthill serves as General Manager of Ambulatory and Population Health, responsible for driving continued growth and financial performance of these business units. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare innovation and business strategy, he brings a wealth of knowledge to bear on consumer engagement, product development, and population health.
Royal joined Get Well from consumer engagement company Docent Health where, as founder and president, he grew the company from ideation to a nationally recognized enterprise partner of leading health systems like CommonSpirit Health, Sutter Health, Northwell Health, and Ohio Health.
Prior to Docent Health, Royal was a founding team member of Oxeon Ventures, a New York City-based venture fund and venture studio, where he served as entrepreneur-in-residence.
He also led new population health product and business innovations for Aetna, driving startup ideation, product strategy, operations, and business development. Additionally, Royal has worked as a growth strategy consultant serving private equity firms and healthcare organizations throughout his career.
Royal holds an MPA in Healthcare Management and Policy from New York University, and a B.A. in Biology from Lafayette College.
