Maine residents will have access to GetWellNetwork’s COVID-19 self-monitoring tools via its digital solution, GetWell Loop™, simply by signing into The initiative — a result of a hackathon hosted by MyHealthMath — encourages Mainers to publicly declare their commitment to social distancing and support their community members in the difficult task of staying home.

Currently utilized by more than 200 health facilities across the nation, this user-friendly symptom tracker empowers individuals to monitor their health and the health of their family members and know when to seek help. The free tool will help the worried well find comfort, help people who can recover safely at home to do so and help those who need medical intervention to get it in a timely way.

GetWell Loop’s COVID-19 module provides Mainers the ability to self-monitor and easily record their daily health on their smartphones, then easily track updates on a clinical-grade dashboard. The solution also makes available the latest COVID-19 news and prevention best practices continuously updated with the latest WHO and CDC guidelines, self-diagnosis and care recommendations. Users receive customized information around the COVID-19 pandemic and suggestions on self-monitoring for symptoms and action steps if infected.
