Respected industry executive to lead integrated sales and service delivery of company’s cross-continuum platform
Bethesda, Md., Apr. 12, 2016 – GetWellNetwork®, Inc., the leader in Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) solutions, announced today that Scott Filion will become the company’s first president. In this role, he will lead GetWellNetwork’s integrated sales and service delivery organization, accelerating the company’s expansion into enterprise health systems and enabling the company’s clients to optimize the patient experience and manage the health of their populations across the care continuum.
Filion is a respected health care leader with a history of delivering enterprise solutions to large health systems, building world-class sales and service teams, and developing global partnerships.

For nearly a decade, Filion served as general manager of EMC Healthcare, a global leader in cloud computing and big data. During his tenure, he grew EMC to the number one market position, drove revenue from $30M to more than $1.0B and delivered consistent performance and growth for 37 quarters. Filion also held executive roles at GE Healthcare Information Technologies and GE Medical systems, including enterprise sales director and area vice president, and GM/operations manager, West.
