GetWellNetwork CIO to Provide a Practical Approach to Partnering with Patients and Families for Improved Outcomes
Bethesda, Md., Feb. 17, 2015 – GetWellNetwork®, Inc., the leader in Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) solutions, announced today that SVP & CIO David Muntz will present at the 2015 Texas Regional HIMSS Conference to be held Feb. 18-20 in Austin, TX. Muntz will give his presentation, “Patient and Family Engagement: A Practical Approach,” on Feb. 19 from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. CT.
In his session, Muntz will use his extensive experience in the private and public sectors to discuss how to change the way providers think and talk about partnering with patients and families. A wide range of real-world tools for transforming organizational culture will be delivered in an effort to improve outcomes for patients and families. More than 400 health care IT professionals are expected to attend this year’s conference, the theme of which is “Keep Healthcare Wired.”
