Bethesda, Md., Oct. 20, 2014 – Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Fresno, Calif., will present at a free webinar on Oct. 23 describing how they used Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) technology to better educate patients on their medications, thereby raising Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) patient satisfaction scores.
