It takes leadership to bring greatness to patient and family engagement.

Michael was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 28. After four cycles of chemotherapy, he started GetWellNetwork® to help hospitals improve performance and outcomes through patient engagement. He serves on the BOD of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and The DAISY Foundation.  He holds a J.D./MBA from Georgetown University.

Michael O’Neil

Founder & CEO

Scott directs the company’s integrated sales and client service organizations, business development efforts, and day-to-day operations. Before joining GetWellNetwork, he spent 12 years at GE Healthcare. As the first general manager of EMC Healthcare, he built a market-leading $1B health care IT business. Scott graduated with distinction from Clarkson University in New York with a BA in Engineering and Management.

Carrie has more than 20 years of experience in product innovation, user experience and solution sales. Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, she was a managing director with the Advisory Board Company. Carrie holds a MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.

Caroline Ivers

Chief Strategy Officer

Bill brings more than 25 years of financial management experience in tech. Prior to GetWellNetwork, he served as CFO at MRI Software. Previously, he held leadership positions in finance and operations at Oracle Corporation.  Bill holds a MBA from Villanova University and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.

Bill Roselli

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Previously chief nurse of a large health system, Dr. Drenkard brings decades of experience and expertise in quality and patient safety. She was an executive director of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Magnet Recognition Program®.  She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing Administration from George Mason University and a M.S. in Nursing from Marymount University.

Chief Clinical and Nursing Officer

Robin is responsible for R&D, product architecture and development. For the past several years, he has steered solutions from prototype to production and created scalable, integrated systems for leading health care organizations. His experience includes successful implementations at several agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Mental Health Services.

Chief Technology Officer

Sharon brings more than 20 years’ experience in HR as a change-agent. Her corporate experience includes roles leading HR for Dunkin’ Donuts’ and Baskin Robbins’ U.S. operational businesses, director of HR at Tiffany & Co., and vice president of HR at Citibank and GE Capital. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Brown University.
