What data do we collect?

Get Well collects various types of data, on our corporate website as well as our product websites, including items such as email addresses, IP addresses, log files, and data in cookies. The Get Well Navigate product may also collect phone numbers and other information you voluntarily provide via SMS text messaging and/or phone conversations with Get Well Patient Navigators. Marketing

Get Well would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Get Well from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other third party partners.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, on the marketing email you receive click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This will remove you from all future marketing emails.

Get Well collects the following data:

  • Email: From its public website, Get Well will gather information you provide if you click on the “Contact Us” link and choose to send us an email or request to schedule a demo, join a webinar, download content and access gated videos/recordings. You can also elect to subscribe to Get Well updates, which will be distributed periodically to the email address you enter.
  • Cookies: Get Well employs cookies on our corporate website to recognize you, provide access to gated content, and track site usage. Like many websites, we use first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.

  • Engagement in transactions with you, our healthcare providers, suppliers and business partners, and to process purchases of our products and services
  • Will be retained for the duration of the transaction or services period, or longer as necessary for record retention and legal compliance purposes.

  • Information on your account used in reference to our business relationship
  • Will be retained for as long as you maintain an active account, meaning that you have logged in to access your account within the last 36 consecutive months.
Subscription data
  • Information on newsletters, blogs, and similar that you have subscribed to
  • Will be retained for as long as you maintain an active account.
Contact information
  • Email address or phone number collected online on our sites or offline from our interactions with you at Get Well events and conferences, and used for marketing and sales activities
  • Will be retained for as long as we have an active relationship with you. We treat you as an active contact if (i) you have interacted with Get Well or updated your contact details and preferences in the past 36 months; and (ii) you have not made a deletion request.
