Hospital administrators and nurse managers access the Executive Dashboard to view utilization data related to the use of the GetWellNetwork system. You can view facility-wide or individual unit reports. Utilization reports organize patient data to help hospital leaders understand the relationship between the patient’s experience and the impact of patient engagement.

All educational content and patient interactions are organized into one of the following utilization categories: Health, Safety, Orientation, Healing, Entertainment, or Service. Utilization category reports provide insight into whether patients are completing important patient education, watching the hospital orientation videos, viewing required safety content, submitting service requests or taking advantage of healing and entertainment videos.

A services category report, for example, might identify that 60% of patients are utilizing GetWellNetwork for service-related interactions. That means 60% of patients have either made a service request or have given feedback during their stay. This real-time data is now in the hands of hospital leaders who can respond immediately to affect the patient’s experience before they leave the hospital – ultimately improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.
