In addition to our innovative PatientLife:)System™ and robust hardware offering, we have a number of valuable service offerings that are solely focused on helping you maximize our solution in your environment.

Collaborative Service Model

We offer a comprehensive service offering that includes a full Account Team led by an Account Principal. This individual is skilled at matching your objectives with a customized account plan, annual return on investment analysis, Patient Pathway™ deployment, onsite training, and promotional planning. The team also includes an account manager and field technician who are available to address many of your day-to-day needs. In addition, we can provide an on-site technical manager, should you require, to maintain the hardware components of the system. We also offer 24 x 7 telephone technical support to assist your patients and nurses with any questions they may have regarding the system.

Content Services

Another part of our role is helping you develop a valuable content library including patient education materials (video, Web-based and text). We will digitize, host and build menus for most custom content provided by your organization. We also have relationships with many third-party content providers and will assist in the procurement of content licenses. Learn more about our preferred content partners.

Integration Services

GetWellNetwork provides several levels of Integration Services in order to offer a high degree of personalization and customization of the patient experience. The deeper the integration between the PatientLife:)System and your existing hospital information systems, the more valuable the solution becomes to your hospital – assisting the documentation required in patient care, improving information dissemination and patient education, allowing for real-time reporting of metrics, increasing patient satisfaction scores, reducing errors using real time notification – to name a few.
