E-Mail: From its public Web site, GetWellNetwork will gather information you provide if you click on the “Contact Us” link and choose to send us an e-mail. The information collected includes your name, job title, organization, state, number of beds, e-mail, and phone number, as well as any comments you send us.  You can also elect to subscribe to the GWN newsletter, which will be distributed periodically to the e-mail address you enter.

GWN Cookies: GetWellNetwork employs cookies to recognize you on GetWellNetwork, as well as to track site usage.

IP Addresses: GetWellNetwork logs IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not use IP address logs to track your session or your behavior on our site.

Log Files: Log data is only used in aggregate to analyze usage of our Web Site.
