Content Manager (Client Innovation Specialist) - Bethesda, MD (Headquarters)

GetWellNetwork, Inc., a fast-growing interactive patient care solutions company based in Bethesda, MD is seeking a talented and energetic Content Specialist to join our Client Innovation Team.  The Specialist will work directly with clients to scope, plan and execute new initiatives within the hospital, leveraging GetWellNetwork’s web-based PatientLife System.

Responsibilities include guiding the client through the project, consulting on best practices, developing web-based content and configuring the PatientLife System. This requires a balance of client management, organization, technical ingenuity, and the ability to solve problems that may be outside the candidate’s core expertise.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with proven web design and communication skills with a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities:              

• Guide clients through the identification, collection, and development of content for new projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to gather requirements and confirm project objectives and priorities.
• Manage the “look and feel” of client sites and suggest improvements based upon research and best practices.
• Configure projects for client sites; leveraging knowledge of layout tools, information architecture, web technology, and content management to ensure a quality experience.
• Coordinate the collection of new content consistent with clients’ desires and stated objectives.
• Provide feedback to Product Management team on potential product enhancements.
• Provide client training on content.
   

Qualifications:

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Knowledge of jQuery and HTML5 a plus.
• Must be project-oriented, energetic, positive, passionate, patient, dependable, and good at multi-tasking.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills including presentations, written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated work ethic, level of trust and dedication to delivering quality work that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
