Hotel Rate
The special group rate for the Hilton Washington Embassy Row will be $229.00 USD per room per night (single occupancy) or $249.00 USD per room per night (double occupancy) plus applicable taxes (currently 14.5% per room per night, subject to change). The nightly rate includes complimentary Internet and fitness center access. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Payment for room and tax and all incidental charges is due in full upon check out. Payment can be made by cash, by certified check, or credit card. Hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Master Card or Visa. All reservations made by individuals must be guaranteed for late arrival by each individual. If guest who secure guestrooms do not check in, they will be charged as a “no show” and will be charged for the first night for any reservation that was not cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival.

The special conference hotel room rate expires on March 6, 2008 at 4 pm ET. After the cut-off date, the hotel will make every effort to honor the special rate, although no guarantees are made.

Attire for GetConnected2008 sessions and special events will be business casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.

Directions to Hilton Washington Embassy Row
From the South- I-95 north, to I-395 north, cross river into Washington, I-395 turns into 14th St. Continue straight on 14th St for approx. 2 miles. Turn left on Massachusetts Ave, continue North on Mass Ave for approx. six blocks, the hotel will be on the right, immediately after 20th Street. Pay careful attention to signs when going around the circular intersections.
From the North- I-95 south, to I-295 south to 50 west Washington. 50 west is New York Avenue . New York Avenue merges into Massachusetts Avenue, follow Mass Avenue approx. two miles, the hotel is located on the right, just after 20th Street. Pay careful attention to the signs when going around the circular intersections.
From the West- I-66 East into Washington. Cross over Roosevelt Bridge. Exit left onto E Street, NW. 1st traffic, turn left onto 20th street. Turn left onto Massachusetts Ave, NW. Continue for 1/2 block. Hotel is on the right.
