Hotel Rate

The special group rate will be $198.00 USD per room per night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%).  For individual reservations, guests should call 301-965-4000 and reference GetWellNetwork or Click here to book your room online.

The nightly rate includes in-room, high-speed wireless Internet access and 24-hour fitness club access. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Payment for room and tax and all incidental charges is due in full upon check out. Payment can be made by cash, certified check, or credit card. The hotel accepts American Express, Discover Card, Master Card or Visa. All reservations made by individuals must be guaranteed for late arrival by each individual. Guests who do not check in without canceling their reservations 72 hours prior to their arrival date will be automatically charged for the first night of their reservation. In addition, guests who check out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date and who do not advise the hotel of the change at or before check-in will be charged an early checkout fee.

Room Block Deadline

The special conference hotel room rate expires on April 6, 2010 at 4 pm EST. After the cut-off date, the hotel will make every effort to honor the special rate, although no guarantees are made.

Parking Rate

Guest self-parking will be available at a discounted rate of $14 per day. Note: This discount is only valid for the Gaylord Hotel parking garage located adjacent to the hotel. It does not apply to any other National Harbor Public parking garages.

Shuttle to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

Shuttles depart every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim. Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim. Conference Attire

Attire for GetConnected2010 sessions and special events will be business casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
