Registering for GetConnected2008 could not be easier. After reviewing the information below, click “Begin Registration” at the top or bottom of this page to get started.

Registration Fees

Team Registration (2+) $180/person $225/person

Team Discounts
A discount applies if two (2) or more individuals are registering from the same organization. These must be full, non-discounted registrations. Complimentary registrations may not be combined as part of a team registration.

Method of Payment
Credit card information is required to submit your registration online. (GetWellNetwork accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.) If you prefer to pay with a check, you will have the opportunity to print a summary of your registration and mail it with your check. Please review the registration and cancellation policies.

Registration Includes
Full conference registration for an individual or team registration includes access to all educational sessions, networking events, and the following meals:

Sunday: Opening reception.
Monday: Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and Client Appreciation Party.
Tuesday: Continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.


Complimentary Registrations
Members of the Program Committee as well as all individuals that are selected to present (see: Call for Presentations) will receive a complimentary conference registration. To receive this registration, a unique code will be provided to use during the registration process. Complimentary registrations may not be combined as part of a team registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email to melissaw@widerkehr.com or by fax to 301-527-0994. Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, March 28,2008, are eligible for a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after Friday, March 28, 2008 and conference “no shows” are liable for the full amount due. Cash refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit Card refunds will be processed within three(3) business days of receipt of the cancellation.

Substitutions are Accepted
To substitute an attendee, go into the original person’s registration through the link on their confirmation form. You will need to know their password that they created. Click on “Update My Registration.” The page defaults to the existing registration. Click continue, enter the password, and click continue again. At the next screen, click on “Make a Substitution” then follow the directions.
