GetWellNetwork is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Analyst to join our Client Innovation Team.  In this role, you will work with our healthcare clients to produce new content and configure new features using GetWellNetwork’s web-based PatientLife System.  This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, business savvy, ingenuity, and organization. The ideal candidate will have proven web and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:       

·           Work with internal and external clients to gather requirements and confirm project objectives and priorities.

·           Apply knowledge of GetWellNetwork product, web technology and industry best practices to propose innovative and compelling solutions that ensure a quality user experience.

·           Develop content and configure GetWellNetwork system.

·           Transform offline content into online experience using appropriate web formats.

·           Follow up and monitor initiatives to ensure success.

·           Audit client sites and suggest improvements to user experience based on research and best practices.

·           Provide feedback to Product Management and Development teams on client requests, product usage and usability, and enhancement opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

·           1+ year experience in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. jQuery a plus.

·           Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

·           Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience in customer service
